💌Royal Mail delivery in NEW recycled packaging which can be recycled by you:

✨First Class Delivery - £4.20

✨Second Class Delivery £3.30

✨Free Second Class Delivery for Orders over £30 - top up to First Class for £2!   It is at my discretion if the order comes in reused packaging.

🌿Why don't you reduce your postage costs and take the option of re-used packaging. Living in a village with limited shops nearby and limited time to visit shops, I do quite a bit of internet shopping. Not only is it a timesaver with three children but I cut down my own mileage. This does mean I get quite a lot of packaging through my door which I then normally recycle. However, I thought some of my lovely customers wouldn't mind paying a little less postage for a reused envelope or box.  

If you would like to take advantage of this, then please select the following options at a reduced rate.  The options may not be available as I will have run out of supply of re-used packaging.  I will reinstate the options once I've built up supply from friends and family! :

✨First Class Delivery - £4.00

✨Second Class Delivery £3.15

✨Free Second Class Delivery for Orders over £30 - top up to First Class for £1.80!

🎄Reusable Crackers with a Snap Kits are sent in A4 Envelopes and so they will be sent separately if ordered with other items: First Class - £3.30; Second Class - £1.90

⏰TIMESCALES FOR SENDING ORDERS

I aim to despatch within two working days (i.e. Monday to Friday and not including Bank Holidays). 

All first class postage parcels are shipped next working day by Royal Mail if orders placed between Monday and Friday 12.00pm.  If the order includes a pre-order item, it will be shipped the next working day after the fabric is received by myself.    

All orders received over the weekend after Friday 12.00pm will be packaged on Mondays ready for posting on Tuesday but I will endeavour to post any first class items on Mondays.  

However if you're in a particular rush, please let me know when you order and I will do my best to dispatch ASAP. 

Whilst I ensure prompt shipping from Rosemary Wild, Royal Mail’s delivery service cannot guaranteed and they can experience long delays. Please keep this in mind and wait 10 working days from date of dispatch before getting in touch regarding receiving your order.

Please be aware that all international parcels can be subject to long delays beyond my control.

Free Next Working Day Delivery on Gullane orders - Free delivery is offered to the postcode of EH31 Gullane, East Lothian with delivery by the next working day. 

😔Goods That Go Missing In Transit.

Unfortunately sometimes goods are delayed or go missing in transit. The Post Office do not consider a parcel to be lost until 28 days after posting.

We ask you to wait 14 days after posting for your parcel to arrive. If it has still not arrived we will send you a replacement and ask you to return the original package if it arrives at a later date or provide a refund if the fabric is no longer available.

Eco Friendly Packaging

All orders packed with love and care in eco friendly tissue paper and brown paper envelopes which you can recycle at home. Sustainability has been considered at every stage in sending the fabrics from me to you.
